Hello, giving one star is a steep price to pay; it's catastrophic. The lack of hygiene is blatant. How can they receive customers in such a deplorable, filthy place? The staff was completely unresponsive, and since we couldn't find a seat, not a single clean table was available. We went to the counter to get someone to clean, and it took them a while to respond. The person I was with advised me against even going to the restroom to wash my hands. This place is to be avoided at all costs; it's a disgrace. The health department should pay it a visit.

McDonald's was very dirty, the tables, the floor... I had to ask them to come and clean my table. Luckily I liked what I ordered, but I think hygiene is very important!

It's a bit of a disaster whenever it's busy, a 15-20 minute wait. I go to see what's going on because those who ordered before me are served first... I wait a good 5 minutes before someone finally decides to talk to me... I explain my situation and get no response...🙄 And then the guy brings the order without saying a word to me...! P.S.: The toilets double as public restrooms, so it's best not to go there...

I'm rarely harsh in my reviews, but this time, the service was poor, the cheese barely melted in the burger, and the place wasn't very clean. As luck would have it, the ice cream machine wasn't working that day. In short, very disappointed.

Scam. I ordered my McDonald's with click & collect and got their so-called "World Cup bucket" for 75 points. Last time iOS forgot about it, and now they've forgotten about it again. As far as I'm concerned, this bucket doesn't exist. So I lost 125 points on this non-existent bucket.
