I stopped for lunch on a Sunday with my family because we knew the name Otacos, but in the end, they only had the name. Very disappointed… The XL tacos arrived cold, and it wasn't because it was busy or anything; we were the first customers of the day, and yet they still served something cold. The fries were practically still frozen, but the worst part was, not even a hello or goodbye. I had to ask if they could heat up my daughter's baby food; it was as if they didn't care… A place to avoid. The booths are unhelpful and badly damaged; it doesn't give a good impression of the brand…

I wanted to share my experience at O’Tacos, which was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from a smiling, friendly, and attentive team. The staff took the time to offer advice and answer questions professionally, making the experience even more enjoyable. My order was prepared quickly despite the busy service, and everything was exactly as I had ordered. The food was hot, generous, and beautifully presented. The meat was tender and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the famous cheese sauce was delicious and perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, which truly makes a difference. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere. You can tell the team is dedicated to providing good service and ensuring customer satisfaction. It's a place you'll want to return to, whether with friends, family, or simply to treat yourself. I 100% recommend O’Tacos to anyone who enjoys generous and delicious meals. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and the quality of the food. I will definitely be back!

My order arrived quickly, no music, the atmosphere is calm

First and last experience at this chain on July 25, 2026. Unpleasant staff who made you feel like you were bothering them (to put it politely), dirty tables and chairs falling apart, undercooked fries in the tacos, lots of ingredients out of stock... No hygiene protection in the kitchen: no gloves, no hairnets... The toilets smelled of urine with hair stuck to the wall and a broken faucet. All this for €40 for 2 adults and a child. Simply put, I've never seen anything like it.
